NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

This no-bake energy bites recipe is easy to make, full of feel-good ingredients, and delicious! My kids and husband love it. I double the recipe whenever I make it and mix it up depending on what I have on hand.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine oats, nut butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips, chopped almonds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, extract, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the mixture easier to roll.
  3. Using clean hands, roll into 30 – 40 balls, approximately 1 Tbsp. each.

RECIPE NOTES:

  • Use any nut butter of your choice (like peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter).
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
