one of my favorite products is this gray coverage powder. I’ve had canas since I was 15. I’m Mexican, so I know a thing or two about gray hair. this powder doesn’t change the texture of your hair, and the color options are endless.

pickled onion recipe below if you want to make your own:

* 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
* 1 jalapeños, sliced
* 1 cup apple cider vinegar (I used white vinegar this time)
* 1 cup water
* 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
* 2 tablespoons of sweetener (such as maple syrup, honey, sugar, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat the vinegar mixture. In a small saucepan, stir together the vinegar, water, salt and your desired amount of sweetener. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a simmer.

* Place the thinly-sliced onions in a mason jar. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the onions, screw on the lid, and shake the onions briefly until they are evenly coated with the vinegar mixture.
* Marinate. Let the onions marinate for 30 minutes. (You may need to press the onions down with a spoon so that they are all submerged under the vinegar mixture.)
* Serve immediately or refrigerate the onions in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
