here’s another refreshing drink I’ve been loving lately for soccer and football practice days when i want something more than just water.

- 1 can coconut water (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 2 sliced strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp salt

Add a lot of ice and oh yeah!
