
New Year, New Goals: At Home Workout Items
This year is all about shedding some of the baby weight and getting back into my pre-pregnancy pants, which I’ve really missed. I recently started walking and plan to throw in some at-home strength workouts too. Mixing cardio with some resistance training will really help tone things up.
The plan is to gradually up my walking distance. Plus, I’m also looking to get into some nutritious meal planning to boost my fitness goals, making sure I stay energized and strong throughout this journey.
