
WORKOUT ESSENTIALS I’M LOVING
Gathered some of my favorites and most-used fitness items for you today. Lately, my workout routine has changed since becoming pregnant. It took me a little while to find my routine, but I think I found it. I use resistance bands, ankle weights, and this mini treadmill to get my steps in.
If you know me, you know I’m not a big walker, but lately I’ve been very committed and love the progress I’ve been making. I use the pedometer ++ to track my steps and it’s been a game-changer. I love that you can add it to your apple watch face to keep you motivated and accountable. Linking all the items for you below.
