3 Protein Shake Recipes I Love

Smoothies and shakes are a breakfast favorite around here. I swap ingredients depending on what I have on hand. This way we don’t get tired of the same flavor every day. My favorite part is how easy and quick they are to make and that you get all the food groups in one yummy shake.

1. Protein Coffee Flavor Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice (I like mine icy if you don’t only do 1/2 cup) 
  • 1 cup of cauliflower
  • 1/2 banana 
  • Protein powder (I use: Coffee Bean Shakeology)
  • Unflavored Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Directions: Add all ingredients to blender, blend and enjoy!

2. Protein Spinach Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice (I like mine icy if you don’t only do 1/2 cup) 
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 banana 
  • Protein powder (I use: Vegan Vanilla Shakeology or Orgain Organic Protein vanilla bean) 
  • A dash of  cinnamon
  • A dash of pure vanilla extract
  • Unflavored Vital Proteins collagen peptides

Directions: Add all ingredients to blender, blend and enjoy!

3. Cinnamon Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice (I like mine icy if you don’t only do 1/2 cup) 
  • 1 cup of cauliflower
  • 1/2 banana 
  • Protein powder (I use: Vegan Vanilla Shakeology or Orgain Organic Protein Vanilla Bean) 
  • A dash of  cinnamon
